GIG PHOTOGRAPHY NIGHT at Hedon Viewfinders with ABBA Tribute band Chick-A-Tita.
Gig Photography comes with its own challenges. It’s often action-based with the photographer having to know how their camera and kit will perform considering the movement on stage, and the changing lighting and effects.
Practice at a live concert is the best, but even better is to have a live band performing especially for photographers. And that is exactly what is taking place on Wednesday, 15 May 2024 at the Haven Arms.
Hedon Viewfinders is delighted to be hosting a live dress rehearsal from the newly-reformed ABBA tribute band Chick-A-Tita. With the famous ABBA costumes, complete with full lighting, smoke and special effects this will be a fantastic opportunity for would-be gig photographers to hone their skills. And of course, what brilliant music too!
This will be a special night at Hedon Viewfinders and we hope to see many members there to take advantage of this opportunity. Bring your friends and guests too – a real-life audience will create photo subjects and add to the atmosphere of this real gig.
Get to the Haven Arms early ready to start from 7.00pm. This is a free night, but we do ask that you be prepared to share your best photos with the band so they can opt to use them to help promote their summer tour.
