Sunday, September 22 Field Trip:  Visiting Ivy House in Hedon on Sunday (22 Sept) at 1pm. It’s part of Heritage Open Days and a rare chance to see the collected ruins in the gardens. October 2 Team Picture quiz: Guess what and where and Social Evening. Unusual places and angles, you have to work out the answers.
Sunday October 6 Field Trip: Fungi Foray at Oakhill Nature Reserve (Goole). An Autumn expedition with Mycologist Caroline Hobart. 10am – 1pm.  Meet at Oakhill Nature Reserve Car Park before 10am. You need to book via the Brid Spa (ERYC website) (it’s free!) at https://www.bridspa.com/events/?eventid=188603
Tuesday October 8 Field Trip. Hull Fair. All the fun of the fair on offer including long exposure photography (bring your tripod). 7pm at the Anlaby Road end of Walton Street.
October 16 Speaker: Mike Covell. Marfleet Murder Mystery.
October 30 Practical Photography: Outdoor. Hopefully a nice night for some high jinks with wire wool and lights and Lasers. If weather poor we’ll change to an Indoors Light show, Lasers, Wands, Flashing Lights and wizardry.
November 13 Speaker: Simon Dallimore – “‘My journey to the stars’ will be about how my photography has developed showing photographs of when I first started through to how they have improved, and how I did it.” NB. A donation to the RNLI will be appreciated by Simon.

Friday November 29 Hedon Christmas Lights Volunteers needed again for Santa’s Grotto!
December 11 Social: Last meeting of the year. Christmas Party – fun and frivolity! It’ll be a hot buffet format (rather than a sit-down meal) with our own Christmas party entertainment and fun Costs will be £10 per head. Invite your partner/friend. Will collect monies/bookings at our meetings, or contact us to make other arrangements.
