COMPETITION CLOSED
For the final positions see the League Table – it was a lot closer than imagined.
Congratulations to Dave Hook who maintained his lead to the very end, but only eventually won by one point! He was chased to the very end by second-placed Janet Bucknall and Maggie Wingfield who came third.
Dave will be presented with his prize money at the Club’s Christmas Party. We will also draw out the £10 winner on that night as well.
The completed Photography Challenge Album will be available to view at our first meeting of the New Year 5 January 2022.

OUR PHOTOGRAPHY CHALLENGE 2020 aims to give you ideas for making images and links to a book kindly donated to the club by the Hedon Mayor Councillor Colin Billany.
The book, a guided photo album of 104 photo ideas, gives subjects as prompts for your photography. With each idea on the pages of the book, there are traditional slots to fix photos in.
You are challenged to seek out the subjects ranging from everyday items to the more unusual.
** £10 DRAW ** This is to encourage more people to have a go. Everyone who submits an entry will be automatically entered into a draw for a £10 prize. Drawn at random from all players except the £25 winner.
- You don’t have to do the subjects in order. You can choose which ones to tackle.
- Send us a photograph in and you’ll score 1 point.
- We’ll only accept one photo from each person to each subject.
- After we’ve received 5 photos to a particular subject, then that subject will be closed for entries. A hashtag # indicates a subject’s lost life.
- One photo from amongst the 5 considered the best will score 2 more points.
- At the end of the year, the photographer with the highest score in the League Table will win £25.
We’ll also print out the winning photograph and add it to the book. We’ll update this page too as we go along with examples of the photos submitted.
If you want to play along then we are setting up a League Table for those who enter which we’ll publish regularly through the year.
Closing Date: Saturday, 11 December 2021. Or earlier if all the subjects are closed.
