THIS POST launches the Hedon Viewfinders’ new weekly photography project Creative Photography 52 in association with the Holderness Gazette.
Each week we will give you a simple subject to spur you into taking photographs with whatever camera or mobile phone you use. We challenge you to make creative images in response to the subject – we are seeking images that are unusual and different.
Every week we’ll choose a selection of photos for publication and there is an online gallery of all entries to act as a source of inspiration for everyone. At the beginning of the next new year 2024, we will award a prize of £50 to that image deemed the best of those made during the year.

Post your entries to social media and in particular to the Hedon Viewfinders Facebook Group at: Hedon Viewfinders – Through the Lens (Members) and use the hashtag #Creative52Week1

Hedon Viewfinders is Hedon’s own community photography club. It’s free to join. It’s free to take part in our activities. The club prides itself on its good reputation for its fun and friendly approach to studying and enjoying photography.
