IT’S RED WEEK
Whether it is an image dominated by Red, or just a subtle but important hint of the colour, your challenge this week is to celebrate Redness! Of course, there are various shades of red, in fact, every hue and saturation imaginable between black and white; so you have lots to work with. Red is also an important mood colour representing different things in different cultures.
Your challenge – explore all things red in your photos!
Don’t forget to use the hashtags on social media:
As ever, these challenges are to encourage new photography, so we ask you not to simply re-use your existing stock (unless necessary for the particular challenge).
And do please send in your images associated with these challenges – or your other activities as a Club Member. We will publish them on these pages.
Bridlington Holiday – Fri 17 – Sun 19 June
With lots going on in Bridlington at the Weekend, our Club Holiday looks set to be an exciting time for those members going.
There will be a special ‘This is Bridlington’ Photography Challenge, a trip to the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition, participation in the ‘Race the Waves’ weekend, a Steam Punk Fair and lots more besides. But also comfort in knowing that you are surrounded by other photography enthusiasts to help and support your photography meaning it will be a thouroughly enjoyable, memorable and instructive holiday! And the weather looks good too (although no for my moody seascapes perhaps!? – Ray).
