Props and Experimentation Photography Night! Hedon Viewfinders Wed 8 Jan 2020

Our first meeting of 2020 takes place next Wednesday 8 January, 7pm at the Haven Arms, Havenside, Hedon, HU12 8HH and will be another ‘Props Night – a chance to experiment’.

Some of you have got crystal balls (lensballs) for Christmas? Bring them along – what might we do with them?

Bring in your interesting objects (ornaments, toys, instruments, flowers, etc) and interesting kit you might have, and help create and share some photographic opportunities. This might be for still life, macro, bokeh shots, water shots – this is only limited by our imagination and space! As well as a chance for us to have a go at something different, it’s also a chance to practice with ideas that will work at our special joint meeting on Wed 29 January (not our normal Wednesday) with the Young Farmers Club – more about this at the next meeting!

If you need to get in early to set your prop up and claim table space, we’ll be open from 6:30pm. This is very much a chance to experiment – so if there is something you would really like to try, but don’t know where to start – then do get in touch and we’ll see what we can arrange!
