PHOTOWALK – King George Dock, Hull (Tues 4 June, 8pm, weather permitting) using the public walkway alongside the dock (note: lots of stairs) with lots of maritime activity to photograph.
We’ll meet in the public carpark on the dock (search: https://w3w.co/hatch.jelly.taps) just beyond the giant Godwit sculpture.
The trip will coincide with the daily departure of the P&O Hull to Rotterdam ferry at 8.30pm. There’s a walk along the docks (and back) and sunset that night is scheduled at 21:24.

A competition to find the best photograph in each of the above categories will be decided by those attending the Hedon Viewfinders meeting on Wednesday 12 June 2019.
Those wishing to enter the competition should submit their photographs (one in each category) by 5pm on Monday 10 June. Your image should be sent to email viewfinders-ttl@gmx.co.uk by that date/time. The title of the image and your name should be included in the email, but the photograph should not have any watermarks or anything that would identify you as the photographer.
Members entering the competition should attend on the night to see all the photographs which will be projected on the big screen. They can join other members present in voting for their best images on the voting slip provided.
There will be some rather nice awards on the night made to the photographers with the winning images!
