HEDON VIEWFINDERS visits the town’s ‘King of Holderness’ the parish church of Saint Augustine on Wednesday 17 October.
Within the church walls is represented the spiritual and civic history of Hedon. The exterior is undoubtedly the town’s most photographed feature, but this visit will give you the chance to record the interior in photos and attempt to capture the history, architecture, atmosphere and character of the place.
Please meet at the North Transept doorway (the one facing Market Hill where the village green and beacon is located) in time for a prompt 7pm start.
We will make a collection towards church funds.
ALL WELCOME – you don’t have to be a ‘member’.
Hedon Viewfinders will interest photographers of all levels regardless of ability, and whatever image making device (whether camera or phone), kit or equipment owned. Novices particularly encouraged. Free, fun and friendly way to learn (and teach!) about photography.
